    Every country wants a return or outgoing air ticket before allowing in at the immigration.
    I wonder how people then travel by train to exit to other countries .

    i din't expect 'fan' still exist for lower class transportation train or Bus in thailand. thanks was come in Malaysia

      Yeah, still fans. The train had fans but was also air conditioned. Though there are a lot of non air conditioned trains still in Thailand.
