A simple and comforting Hmong Meal: Pork bones with cabbage soup. In Hmong Leeg we call this dish pob txhaa npua hau ntsug zaub qhwv. Pob txhaa npua means pork bones. Hau means to boil and zaub qhwv means cabbage. A perfect meal to have on a rainy day. Keeping it simple as it can be. Hope you all enjoy cooking this meal with me. And don't forget that pepper dip!
Let me know what your go-to Hmong meal is. :)

I see you have been around for years, but I just found you with your Lemongrass teaching. I am so impressed how peaceful and professional your films are✨💝✨im so proud and honored to be taught by you. My husband pastored in st. Paul, mn. and we were joined with the Hmong population. I have the most beautiful hand stitch clothing seen on black hemp. I am part Filipino and Ylingit Indian )from Sitka, Alaska. I was welcomed and love by these great people. I will use your films on a daily basis and try to cook your recipes vegetarian style, as we do not eat meat. But I am still very proud to have you on top as my favourite UA-cam channel✨✨🥇

Looks so good 🤤 My favorite go to simple dish is boiled pork with mustard greens. It always reminds me of my mom's home cooking. She's no longer living so watching your channel always brings back memories of her cooking.

There’s actually nothing wrong with her video, showing her face or not. The food speaks for itself and she’s shown her face in other videos. Many people log into these type of videos for the food, not for the personal aspect.
