Would this unit be easy to convert into a Guinness Kegerator with the required conversion kit?
No sure but I would think so. Guinness is nitrogen fed. I am sure you could but you'd have to ask brewery

Get a hobby box and some grommets, a 12v power adapter and a cpu 12 v cooling fan. mount the fan in the box with the some pvc tubing . Run the tubing up in to the tap. www.instructables.com/Build-a-Beer-Tower-Cooler-to-keep-your-Kegerator-t/

Just bought one of these ! Do you shut off the co2 after done usinging for the night? What temp do you usually set it at sorry one last question I have the co take coming out the back think that will throw off the temp with the hose going through the back?
No. you pressurize the keg properly and leave it on until you replace the keg. The co2 helps keep the beer fresh and properly pressurized.
I used to leave mine as cold as it would go.
price for beer kegs has gone up so much that it's not chaper than cans. BUT...! I've bought this one for the taste alone
Not where I live. This also depends on if your buying directly from the brewery. If your buying from a distributor your paying markup. I I used to buy mine direct from the source. 150 out the door for a delicious IPA

Is 8 a good psi and how long do you let it pressurize? I just bought one and new to legs need kinda step by step so I don’t waste the beer in my keg
yea 8 should be fine. I always ran between 7 and 8. I would set pressure based on brewery recommendations.
How did you make the tower cooler
Small hobby box, computer fan and some tubing

what pressure do you have your co2 set to and how long you let the beer pressurize before pouring it
@@PhatkatCollections it is set to 10 psi and I let it set 24 hours after hooking it up. Seems a bit better today.
@@beachesbreaks2375 Heard if the beer in the tower's warm it will cause the beer to foam.
