Chopped Cilantro and onion
3 chile arbol
3 chile pasilla
9 chile guajillo
4 bays leaves
1 cinnamon stick
Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Kinder’s seasoning “ The Blend”
- 1 tbsp cumin seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 packets sazon seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
I used Monterey Jack cheese for the tacos
