I'm not sure about how they would hold up to the rainy season ? I've experienced some frightening storms here in Thailand. I much prefer what i built on my off grid homestead. Bricks and mortar is cheaper and stronger in my opinion. A few years ago we had a storm and it up rooted trees. ,🙏

Just what I have been thinking about; but I am thinking about a long term land lease to install one of these or a perhaps a tiny home diy 8’x16 travel trailer built in country. I’m not interested in marrying a Thai woman to gain access to her family’s land and the potential downfall. Just sayin’.
    Question on the septic system:
As I understand it Thai septic systems have a buried primary solids separation/digested tank (plastic), but only one or maybe two 2 meter deep vertical dry wells for tank draining fluids as compared to a large area lateral drain field as we use in the US.
My plan is to use a dry composting toilet with separation of urine and grey water at the source for direct piping to the vertical dry well with no treatment. Does the local govt authority require a permit for a diy septic system?

IT'S CALLED A KNOCK DOWN, BECAUSE WHEN SHE LEAVES YOU... HER FAMILY WILL KNOCK IT DOWN AND TAKE IT.

Seriously thinking of buying something like this for my wife to plop on her little farm so she can escape the village every now and then. Is this place close to Kud Rang (Mahasarakham)?
