Went here last May and picked out a super heavy duty table for six and two benches with backrest.... delivered all the way to Khon Kaen... definitely recommended
There is a suburb of Chiang mai with all that stuff .(Ban Twai ? ) .It looks good but not pratical for an ordinary sized house .Perfect for a Hotel lobby though .Its not that cheap btw .Wood of any kind is expensive in Thailand .
I have been there a number of times ... some great deals on some of the furniture there ....

I would imagine the prices are a bit higher now, when we went sales were down and foot fall was limited.
