Placing the shovel blades above the holder and handle down will allow them to stagger and only the less obtrusive handles are at "people" level. Also allows space for items below installed with handle up.
I've seen single barrel firearms stored on similar holders. Peace
I have just put mine on back of a door and floor end down they sway around uncomfortably. Going end up like you say is counter intuitive but it stopped the motion. Centre of gravity of the item should be as near to where the holder grip is for best installation. At least for the heavy ones. So physics at school wasn't a waste of time after all!

I thought the video was about how to install. Instead it is about if it works or not. I know it works. I am struggling to install. This video with a screaming man excited over something so ridiculous is worthless. I watch many videos and this rates at the bottom.
