I just got the new inverter board and will be installing it when I get home. The model I have is RF28N9780SR/AA, do I just connect it or is there steps I need to follow on the screen door? Thank you.
All you should have to do is just connect. You shouldn't have to worry about doing anything else. You will have to let the fridge sit for at least 24 hours to make sure everything is running correctly.
How do you change the red connector. On my fridge, it’s sparking as if it’s loose, not connecting properly. It’s cooling on and off, light blinking 5 times.
I have a samsung rf266abpn. Getting error code 88. I don't know if I've had a surge or not. Fridge works but only cools to about 55 degrees. I'm mechanical but probably can't afford a tech to do anything to it. I have PC error constantly

With the code that you have provided, it is stating that it is a commutation error. Are you able to hear the compressor running and the fans running?
I have a sumsung rsa1wtmg1/xfa it's working but every fifth day it's need to be shut down if not it shut itself.
Have you recently had a power outage? How old is this fridge?
