It really felt like Deku is singing of his complicated past and present with Katsuki. And he wants to get past the bitter memories they shared, while also clinging to the sweet and joyous parts of it. Really heartwarming.

In my opinion it’s both of them taking and rotating
I think this song works really well for Bakugou and Deku (especially in the manga) Deku trying to fake a smile everyday and forget his old life in the first verse, while in the second, Bakugou wants to change and become a better friend. Chapter 322!

Listening to this after reading the manga and Vigilantes makes it so much sadder. Am I the only one who feels like this fits Aizawa, Yamada, and Shirakumo really well?
It's definitely a sad song about letting go hidden behind a beat that sounds like you should be smiling so this makes a lot of sense.
I've been using this cover as background music for my homework for a couple days. It works really well and keeps me focused, thank you :)

I found this only because I'm on Season 4 of MHA. I wanted an English version, and I was not disappointed. Your voice is fucking amazing!
