How are you doing?
I would like to share with you today my calm evening routine, and which habits I have to recharge my mind and soul. After Arian was born we slowed down a lot at the end of the day and began a cozy evening routine. Before I didn't even have any evening routine, I just took a shower and went to bed😊
Night routine with a toddler is different than with a baby, not as peaceful but very preciouses time.
I love my son more than anything in this world but I still need some time just for my self. I would like to share what I do for my self care routine and how I gather my thoughts.
