I understand that the message is about forgiveness, but personally, I would not want to work for an evil boss even if she said sorry. She manipulated him by asking to train a new chef, exploited him to work all night and then fired him without any notice. I cannot fathom going back to work for such an evil person.

Akash was well experienced chef, he should had never come back to those cruel owners who disrespected him. He deserves better opportunities and can give a tough fight by his cooking skills in new restaurant and downgrade his previous owners.
I would have asked for partnership in the restaurant atleast 25% share of the restaurant because I cannot tolerate the insult and saying sorry is just not enough for me. He is responsible for the success of the restaurant after working there for 5 years so he rightly deserves a portion of the restaurant's profit.
This is the reason chefs prefer to open their own restaurants than to work their ass of making some money hungry, power hungry-capitalist………………. rich.

I know one lady employee in my earlier company. I found that she was somewhat rude towards her subordinates. Just like an elder brother, I told her not to be so rude towards them, and I quoted a verse from Chapter 12 of the Bhagavad-Gita. Since she was following the Bhagavad-Gita, she listened to me, and started to reform herself to be nice towards her subordinates.
I said that as a lady, she has to be kind, filled with grace, and compassion; and I am happy that she listened and changed.
