Mike Portnoy's drum solo last Sunday in Chicago The Vic Theatre during Petrucci Tour. John Petrucci, Mike Portnoy, and Dave LaRue are touring in 2022. The warm-up was all-female thrash metal band Meanstreak. It was a really amazing show.

@@meshuggahman3225 groove, feel, writing great parts (and some of the songs), playing what the song needs rather than simply playing a lot of notes.
There is a LOT more to being a great drummer than simply technical skill. Dream Theater is not the same without Portnoy.
