I disagree with the past 80% apple did not say it's bad to charge past 80%. You have to charge you phone whenever you want. I even contacted apple support regarding the smart battery case and they said it's okay to keep the battery charge to 100%
fast charging does not affect but wireless charging does, i tested this myself , i used 2 same iphones out of box , just charged one wirelessly with magsafe charger and other wired with apples 20 watt charger , the battery of wireless one was at a less capacity than that of the wired one
Not once has anyone on Earth thought “well gee I just got a new phone I should plug it in and let it charge for 16 hours” wtf is this guy talking about?
So do I unplugged my phone once it hits 80%?..but what about the charging cycle…you just said 0-50% is half a cycle and 50-100 is another half cycle..so 0-100 is one whole cycle..how will it work if I put my phone on charge at say 15-20% and then take it off at 80%…?
@@techify_tech ok, ok..I get it..but is ok to let it charge to 100%…? I never charge my phone over night, I mainly try to charge late afternoon or evening..that way it’s not sitting on charge once it hits 100..I usually get about a little more than a day and a half of battery life..
Hey there! Battery cycle is one thing, charging your iPhone properly is another. You can’t trick the cycle count by the way you charge it, but you can make increase its lifespam
Hi Daniel even when I have the optermise battery charging in but my iPhone still charge over 80 percent when I update to 15.2 u have 99 percent of battery health
There are no fake subs on UA-cam. My subs don’t really watch my videos, over 99% of my views come from “not subscribed”. That’s normal, though! Daniel About Tech is a tech tutorial channel, my views come from search/suggestions.

@@tamilzvananthevar5524 charging by magsafe?
@@mohamedsherif8739 no normal Apple 20w and type c cable …..How about you?
I think it’s normal because they stated that an average maximum capacity should decrease 1% a month
@@tamilzvananthevar5524 i think so

It will count ..if u charge 0 to 50 now and after some time again 0 to 50 or 50 to 100 …..so first 50 and then other 50 will count as 1 cycle
