Never knew Pontiac's had more trouble with overheating than some of the other brands. I certainly didn't know about the divider plate spacing for the water pump tip. Great Video Terry!!
I have a butler 511 with the original cooling system on a 73 grand am. I can run the air on a 100 degrees day and it never gets over 180. I also own an S10 with a 455sd with the stock 4.3 cooling system and it runs 180. It's a stock engine.
@@EfurdGarage alot of people don't set them up right anymore. I've seen many people build a beast of a driveline and not address the brakes too. I like mine to go but I like them to stop too!

Its all in how you set them up. or really just make sure things are right.... which some people dont
