This was the peak of his presidency, probably the best thing he could've ever done and the ballsiest move of all time.
No president will ever go back over there, and if anyone does they have my respect.
He did many great things under his administration. Over 7 million new jobs, lowest unemployment rate in half a century, brought back supply chains, etc. And for anyone calling him racist, African American homeownership increased and poverty rates of Hispanics and Africans hit record lows under him. More women had jobs in decades as well. It's just unfortunate so many people are blinded by hate that they are unwilling to see the great things he's done. In fact, he's been the best and most American president we've had in years.

What I find stupid is people are trying to downgrade how significant this moment is. The alone fact that Trump and Kim Jong Un talked IN PERSON is massive on its own regardless of the success of the talks. Trump doing this also opened the window for Biden on further negotiations with the DPRK as it shows as of now at least that Kim is willing to negotiate, and its unfortunately looking more and more like Biden is going to 180 on that and return to how things were under Obama and Bush just like how he 180ed on every other policy under Trump.

Trump went to North Korea, also negotiated the Abraham Accords, was ruthless with ISIS and never started any conflicts. He was friendly and respectful with many minor countries.
