How we feel is only a feeling, we have control over feelings, pretend you have motivation this then creates more motivation and energy. You could tell yourself that as much as you like, 99% of the time it is still a feeling that you will wait for, lol. I have found ways to get myself motivated or at least get my body moving when it feels too tired or lazy.

How I usually tackle things is, I use the clean as I go method…which looks like this: if I’m cooking and open something, I close it. If I take something out, I return it. If I spill something I wipe it up. If I drop something, I pick it up. When we’re done eating, dishes are placed in the sink with dishwater so they won’t be too hard to clean the next day if I don’t get around to washing them after dinner. I do this in every room. This makes it much easier to tackle, and I’m not so overwhelmed.

Me too. I feel like if I can't take everything out, clean & wipe down everything, then I haven't really cleaned. I just cleaned up a little. Well, I'm getting better at cleaning up a little more often. Remembering how far I've come rather than how much further I need to go.😊

Some things I do daily, like cleaning the kitchen, placing dirty towels and clothes in the daily hamper but it would probably help if you set aside days for different rooms. I'm in a one-bedroom apartment. On Monday, I clean the living room and dining room to the fullest. The other rooms have the other days so that I won't be overwhelmed on one day. Also, the boys are big enough to help out in areas as well. Placing their toys back in a hamper every day and cleaning their spills right then will help keep the areas clean. It will certainly make your life less painful. Thanks.

It is a process but it always gets done. Also, the vent behind your bathroom door I believe. It's the coleprit, of the stuff your finding on your door. The actual duct behind that vent. Needs to be professionally cleaned. Whatever is collecting in that duct is blowing back out into your bathroom. It's important to get it cleaned out professionally. Very important, know you wouldn't know. The reason I know is that something happened to my mom. The actual vent was in her shower. One can inhale those particles without knowing! I absolutely hate cleaning the bathroom tub 😩. I bought that electric shower scrubber with the extendable handle to help. I have arthritis in my back so this greatly helps reduce strain.

I was thinking the same thing. If this is an acrylic tub (which it looks like) then she's taking the gloss finish off with repeated comet use. That actually makes it harder to clean and keep clean. Either soft scrub or, what I use is a Mr. Clean liquid & water in a spray bottle. She's also slowly scrubbing the finish off the countertops and sink (if it's acrylic) comet it super abrasive. It is actually NOT a problem on porcelain.
I enjoyed your video. That urine at the bottom of toilet is more than likely from your boys using it. My boys (and my husband) have the same in their bathroom. Sprinkles from them using it standing up and things get splashed around. I clean around on the floor area with Urine Be Gone (from Wal-Mart) .
U r too much in cleaning...it's not just cleaning but deeply cleaning of regular chores. But than why your home looks so messy b4 u cleaned all stuff. My home is smaller then yours ..all kitchen ..drwg roo. Are small . I cant clean like you ..not regular in cleaning due to health issues but I don't have messy home like you. Buy soft scrub cream cleanser for the tub trust me you will be happy the comet take the enamel off of the tub just a suggestion

That’s a good idea to use a microfiber cloth to clean the toilet 🚽. I always use a sponge 🧽… I’ll probably switch over to the cloths from now on
