I’m trying so hard to like yogurt of any kind, but I just can’t do it lol I have a bunch of chores to complete today, but I want to get some time outside in. I’m currently in my backyard doing stretches and watching this, so the motivation to get it all done is building.

Hello, Faith nice to see you and the boys ❤ I wanted to share that any kind of sausages. Do not have to be thawed out before cooking. You can just put in the pan on a medium low heat. The sausages will thaw on their own. But, chicken, beef, and pork yes has to be thawed out prior to cooking. Also, I want to say I'm happy you took charge and did something for self! I'm speaking of the weight loss procedure 🙏🏽❤ Either way you look amazing 💞 Ms. Ramona "Chef". Keep being amazing. P.S. Sometimes we need a little help!
