This film is beautiful. Quite subtle but the message is full of emotion and liveliness. I interpret this film as a message to cherish moments/people even more than I usually do because, well, they won't last forever.
Love this masterpiece of dreams. It represents precisely the weirdness of our human brains through dreams. no relations. no logic. just a bunch of familiar people in your life in bizarre scenes. that's what So Yong Kim shows so beautifully I believe: emotions as pure art
Awesome short movie, very touching. It's all about emotions, all about expressions, gestures, sensations... Everyone can relate. There doesn't have to be a story, it's just about life. I loved it, it's beautiful. :)

barneyrebel0123 I'm going to reply to myself, and everyone else. So telling. I've come here to mostly listen to the music, but I've figured it out. Genius, the director/storyteller. It was a dream, from her car, where she fell asleep. Got out of her car in the dream, and started looking for a place to call. Like in our dreams, we see things, that are impossible safe places. Peaceful. In the writer/directors mind, might have been part of a dream in her life, and used it. Was invited in, by her mother. She didn't notice it was her at the time, but gave herself enough time to fall back asleep in the same dream. She woke up, and there was her mom, as she knew her, before she was in the hospital. She couldn't keep up, holding her hand, because in most of our dreams, we can't quite get to where we want to be. It's always just out of reach... So at the hospital, the dream went on, just to be able to touch that hand...and did. Fell back asleep in the same dream for a 3rd time, picked up where it left off. Which for me is very rare but for others it's common place. Got to put her arm around her, and her head on mom's shoulder. But a big hint at 6:54. 7:09 Her mom, is holding a birthday for her child, but at mom's age. As she see's how much they look alike at that age. She get's to view it from upstairs as her age, and her future age, as she perceives it. Pops in on Dad, and as soon as he's asked a question, dream ends, as the orange/yellow lights, mean to wake up, there's a tow. She wakes up, in her car. Fin...
Please allow me to tell you how bad your ad is. First, on UA-cam you will be given 5 seconds before you can skip it. Most people will. Because nothing catches their eye, because it's too long, because it's an ad. You will find very few people willing to watch 10+ minutes of some random ad before they get to watch the video they actually want to see. Video which is by the way probably way shorter than this spot. Then again, I gladly sat through it. But I had no clue whether you wanted to sell me cellphones, life insurance, or a lesbian only dating service. It is very confusing, purposefully so I guess, and requires a full sit through and maybe a couple more. This is bad promotion. Not even taking in account things like costs and targeting. However I really enjoyed it as a short film.
i dont quite understand this. can someone please explain to me how the sequence of shots relate to one another? i just quite can't grasp exactly what's occurring in this? all i know is that the girl's car broke down in the middle of a snow storm and she's waiting for help, apart from that i'm quite lost..
There was a dream within her dream. She fell asleep in her car and dreaming about going to someone's house call for help, within that dream she fell asleep again in the host's house and then weaking up find herself at home celebrating her mom's birthday. Finally she truely weak up when the recovery guy arrived.
"its the front right tire" uhmmm... what tire would that actually be. it could be either one depending on the way your facing. You should say driver or passenger side. Or just get a boyfriend, and he could just change your tire for you instead of walking around in the snow like a moron.
Anyone who knows squat about cars knows that the front right is the panenger front also depending on the tires there could be driver (left) or passenger (right) specific tires. Thos are what we call directional tires. Now dont try and be a smartass agin bitch (;
