Our Heart Chakra, also called “Anahata”, is the fourth Chakra and the center of the seven Chakras with three Chakras below and three Chakras above. It is the center, the area where physical and spiritual meet. Our Heart Chakra stands for the ability to give and receive Love and forgiveness. It is the center of hope, trust, compassion and inspiration.
When there’s a blockage of our Anahata, we may experience difficulties in relating with others, such as excessive jealousy, codependency, or being closed down, withdrawn. It is therefore vital to open our Heart Chakra to restore balance and let Love, joy, compassion, beauty and harmony flow into us and with us to the world surrounding us.
When our Heart Chakra is open and healed, we may feel being deeply connected with the harmonious exchange of energy with all that is in and around us. We understand that love always flows from wholeness, not from neediness. We realize that love is not something we depend on from the outside, but something that we actually are. And we discover that this source of love is eternal, that it cannot be interrupted, that it always flows.
The present music for meditation and/or sleep is based on a natural 432Hz chakra grid. According to this grid, the frequency our Heart Chakra can resonate with, is 364.5 Hz.
For this meditation and/or sleep music, all instruments have been specifically and carefully tuned to 364.5 Hz. Therefore, the music in this video is an original 364.5 Hz composition and has not been artificially tuned to 364.5 Hz after completion. I am convinced that composing music in the original frequency will lead to better results when it comes to deploying the positive energy and benefits of this particular chakra frequency.

My husband of almost 41 years made his transition on March 30th after much suffering with kidney disease and dementia. I write because even though I know his consciousness is not gone, I miss his physical presence beside me as I walk through this plane of existence. It’s a huge adjustment- I’ve been with him over half my life. We listened to this music all the time, and while he was leaving his physical body. But after a few days of very deep grief, I decided that I would adopt a Gratitude Attitude. It has really helped. I have my waves that hit me here and there, but then I remember I have so much to be grateful for! He really loved me and he still
Does. So many people showed their love and support for me. I am truly blessed. So after 10 days I was able to get in my car and drive to the store, food shop, donate his clothes with happiness that someone else will benefit. Gratitude is magic. Thank you husband, thank you guides, beings of light, the quantum field, my beloved planet Jupiter, and the Universe, for I am truly blessed. May all of you be as blessed too. I love all of you😊❤❤

Open your heart and allow, this healing melody to swirl in resonant,
