Fast & Furious: School Zone Edition

The driver of the dark blue BMW speeds down a bus lane in order to pass the line of cars waiting at a red light, nearly striking the BLR camera car from behind as it initiates a right turn. The BMW then tailgates our car before it swerves into the parking lane to speed through a stop sign in a school zone.
