Hi Paul I have had an idea for you , With your spare car key 🔑 you all ways have your hat on maybe sow a spare 🔑 into your hat 🧢 as I all ways see you have it on , great show bye the way Cheers from Australia 🇦🇺, ❤
Put a spare key in your fuel door. I've had a key in my fuel door for years and it's never fallen out. Sadly funny tho, I've locked my keys in my car numerous times and call someone to jimmy a door open cause I forget about the hidden key.
THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR YOUR ENCOURAGING WORDS…WHEN MY BUSINESS IS SLOW YOU GIVE INSPIRATION TO KEEP PUSHING YOUR CONTENT IS AWESOME AND KEEPING GOD IN YOUR SCRAPPING KEEPS ME MOTIVATED…THANK YOU SO MUCH..OUTSIDE LOOKING IN NO ONE KNOWS WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THROUGH 🙏
A shoelace around the neck is what my mom told me for years when I forgot something!!!LOL!!! I keep a spare key in my wallet that’s always in my pocket it’s got me out of a jam a few times!!!
Wow that's awesome how you put that, "when it's a story someone never intended to tell....". And I bet you found that has happened to you more than once? I have too, but never thought of it like this. Ty for sharing, that touched me.
Paul, 1: carry another set of keys in your pocket 2: put something over the button that locks your door God bless you, I enjoy watching you doing your thing. 😊😊😊👏👏👏
My hubby has the same problem with his car. The door locking. He keeps a key in his billfold. He always has his billfold on him and if he takes it out to unlock it then he puts it right back into his billfold. That has saved us a lot of money because he has had to call a locksmith before. So that 5$ key has saved us a lot.
Hello Paul wow that guy is awesome giving you scrap I remember him from one of your videos really nice. Be careful out there we got some snow and freezing rain and then more snow this weather is crazy. Give Olivia a hug and I’ll see you in the next one have a wonderful evening and weekend 😊
Great video Paul and God was with u so u didn't get hit buy that driver God is always with it's prayer warrior God bless u Paul and all you do and your family have a blessed week
I've got a good friend who served in Vietnam and I've had similar stories told to me. Some of them were horrific, some of them humorous. A lot of them he hasn't shared since the war. I also believe he was waiting for God to send him someone who was willing to listen without judgment so he could begin healing. Sometimes that's all a person needs - someone to listen.
Scrap yards near me don't take refrigerators unless they've been tagged or the compressor removed. You get more taking them apart, but it definitely takes more work.
We understand you can't reply to everyone, you have a huge amount of followers and there are only so many hours in a day!! It was very lovely that you remembered that guy from a year ago and asked how the new business has been 🙂👍
@@ScrapPalletMan well there you go 🙂, my memory is awful, honestly I think my brian is too full most of the time to hold all the information it needs 🙈 Have a lovely weekend Paul!
Paul I worked as a locksmith apprentice for 2 years. What I do is I had a lock smith cut a "dumb" key that will only unlock the door but not start the truck. and you can get one that is completely flat that you can keep in your wallet and only use if you lock your self out. only costs $5 buck or so.
Love all the networking, Paul! Hope your weather isn’t too bad. We are in a Wind Advisory here. The wind scares me more than any amount of snow could. Heard a woodpecker this morning and feeling hopeful for Spring! God Bless You!
Paul : Thank-you for prayers for cognitive issues today, My husband was having an exceptionally rough day today with his Lewy Body Dementia. A rough day for him takes a toll on me too as you can well imagine.
I have been locking myself out of the house regularly recently, so I decided to put a spare key on a lanyard around my neck to avoid having to pay for a locksmith to come out and open my door. Money saver and aggravation reliever for sure!!!
We have keyboxes over here, not sure if you have them but they are a metal combination safe box that get screwed into stonework somewhere around your property and are a life saver of you ever get locked out. They are very secure and we always make sure our elderly relatives etc have one so emergency services can enter easily in an emergency if somebody is able to give the code etc.
Hello Paul. I truly enjoy watching all your videos. Have you ever re-watch old videos? Today I watched an earlier video labeled "More Copper in the Trash. Record Breaking Scrap Day". I was amazed with you ability to find more space in your little blue truck. I chuckled along and shared in you victory when you throw the table frame on the top of the scrap. Do you ever look back and say Wow... I can't believe I did that. Thank you for sharing your videos. They are a calming part of my day. Your encouraging words and prayers are always what I need to hear in that moment. Thank you.
Sometimes I'll rewatch something. Sometimes I get discouraged because I have no memory of the events. It's like I'm watching someone else's video. That's the truth
For that spare key, put a penny cross on the keyring so you don't forget to put it in your pocket. If you get use to carrying the penny cross it makes you remember to have Jesus as your co-driver and when you enter your home you are inviting Jesus in your home as well. Just a thought and God bless
I understand not wanting to put more into what you can handle .I use to go scrapping when I had my truck I but just couldn't bring myself to get that involved and doing scrap and trying to beat other scrappers to the punch . It quite the spread here for the different areas to go scrapping in !. Some areas are a 10th or 2 or 3 of a mile from home some are 3 miles some are 9 miles and 10 miles away from home by the way love your baby girl puppy dog she is cute !. By the way I'd rhinoline the bed so it doesn't rust cause water can easily get trapped under that plastic liner as I learned myself and some top peices on gas grills are cast aluminum just a little FYI take care paul
Amen! Many blessings and answers to your prayers. And if you are a good listener people share things they thought they would never share. Happens to me, I think because I listen without judging.
Hi Paul, thanks for sharing and be safe in the storm. The last i looked at the weather, i dont think we ate going to get too much. It showed further south, but who knows. God bless.
Paul, I am 200 miles south of you in the little town of Plymouth, IL. Would love to come up your way in warm weather and meet you. Really enjoy the videos and and so thankful you are a Christian man. At onetime I lived in Sandwich, IL. God's Blessings my friend.

Looks like we are in for that storm tomorrow too. Just getting over one. Beautiful day today so cant complain. I just saw the name of the City of Batavia, Illinois on the side of one of the G man trucks. I'm watching your channel from Batavia, Indonesia. Now called Jakarta. I addicted to watching the kinds of scrap people throw away in the US. Keep up the good work
There is always something to be thankful for. Today I took a load into the landfill where there is hundreds of seagulls. One of those dirty beggars crapped on the rim of my hat. Let me tell you I was thankful for several things. Very pleased I was wearing a hat because that bird's aim was second to none, he'd have got me on the nose or possibly my lips if I wasn't wearing a hat. Also I admit I was thankful it wasn't a vulture because the landfill has lots of those also. And anyone who has been crapped on by a bird has got to be thankful God didn't put wings on cows.
As far as the key goes you could get a hide-a-key box and place it on the truck. I'm surprised your truck doesn't have a key fob. If it does, you should know that they usually have a small slide out "door only key" in them in case of lockout. Also, a lot of wallets actually have a key holder in them.
Don't feel bad, I locked myself out of my car soo many times, when I worked. We added roadside assistance to the full coverage on my car and van, just incase . My job kept me going from town to town, taking care of seniors in their home.
When you opened that fridge it reminded me of a fridge I picked up from a professional in my town, didn't look in it until I got home. It had two rather large bags of weed in it. It was and still is my opinion that unless used for medical reasons, dope is for dopes.
