    Great review. I find your review very useful and straight to the point. Great video quality with nice smooth angles shot of the device. Subscribed....

    I don't think the straps can be removed, they include the antennas?

    • @donmarkon
      @donmarkon  8 років тому

      +Red Ryder nop normal straps with normal pins like on any other watch. They can be removed

      RevMeTech how did they achieve this when all the other standalone smart watches have put the antennas in the band?

    • @darpinian1
      @darpinian1 8 років тому

      yeah, I know that...my previous response was a bit sarcastic honestly. The antennas are in the band as usual, RevMe just misspoke and said they weren't...

    • @donmarkon
      @donmarkon  8 років тому

      If others did in that way that doesn't mean every smartwatch manufacturer need to do that. As far i know there are many Brand models with no antennas in band... I told in video what i have seen that is all from me on that subject :)

      @darpinian1 8 років тому

      No you're right theres no reason why the bands shouldn't be interchangeable... this watch in particular isn't one of those. Pretty much every Chinese smartphone watch has the antennas in the band. Of course that's much different from the regular smart watches which don't need the antennas. The Samsung s3 rugged edition has LTE coverage but I believe its just using the smart Sim setup that effectively uses your Phones sim from long distance.. Not sure how it will work for the standalone phones tho. They have to put the 3G bands somewhere and if they coil them around the watch itself it will make it the design too bulky

    Is it possible to make/answer the call also via Bluetooth connection with a smartphone? If I don't want to rearrange the SIM-card from the smartphone into the watch.

    can anyone please demonstrate how to connect this watch (finow X5 Plus) with mobile Asus Zenfone Android OS6 with BT.
    I paired both the devices but am not able to connect them directly. so tried with watch helper app. Was able to connect using watch helper app via BT however it gets disconnected in few mins post connection.
    I want to use this watch in sync with my mobile i.e. my watch will not have sim card; and I need to know how to control the incoming / outgoing calls and music (on mobile) via BT in the watch..
    Please help............

    Really like the watch it looks great. But till they can have it sync pedometer for me it wont work. But I really love it. Please update if they fix that issue. Cause I always need to buy another watch LOL

      Personally i doubt, where chinese still really like is dedicated app for their smartwatches. Or some kind of integration, to be clear there is really nice tracking on watch itself, but not on smartphone app ...
