The fact that this area exists so close to a major city is incredible
There are so many cool pockets to explore within the city! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
Love the scenery! I heard about this place.
There are so many great places to explore within this National Recreation Area. On Sunday, I am releasing a kayaking video from Morgan Falls to Paces Mill. Thanks for watching!
I can see why you like that area and trails just awesome. 👌
Before the trailheads closed, my wife and I would go out every weekend to one of these places. Can't wait to get back on trail! Thanks for watching!
These are some beautiful places you show here! Sometime in the future, I would like to try fishing/hiking along the Chattahoochee River.
It is such a great place with so many sections to explore. I recommend the East Palisades or Island Ford. Thanks for watching my friend! Cheers
Very beautiful location. Amazing scenery :)
Cheers! There are so many great places within The Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area to hike, bike, explore and kayak. Such a great resource to have within Atlanta and the surrounding areas! Thanks for watching
Just checking out your channel and I saw this video. A grew up fishing Lake Seminole so it's cool to see the upstream videos. Reminds me of all of the trekking I did as a kid through the woods of the FL panhandle! Great video!
Thanks my friend! I subbed to your channel recently and have enjoyed your Florida Trail videos. I visited Lake Seminole a few years back on my way to Florida. Nice place to visit and hope I get a chance to hike some of the Florida Trail soon! Cheers
Incredible video my friend!
Thanks for watching! Just subbed your channel. Cheers!
Loved the stand of bamboo :-) Amazing that such undeveloped and natural places exist in such an urban environment. We've hiked a small portion of this area and posted a video on March 20, 2012 :-)
The bamboo forest in the east palisades is awesome. We were there on Saturday when the parks reopened. Will check out your video! Thanks for watching and the sub! Cheers
@@MetroOnTheMove Ditto :-)
Can’t wait to explore Georgia some more. We went to Crooked River once and we went to see the full eclipse another time. Love all the water, boardwalks, actual mountains (I’m a Florida gal), ruins, it looks like you hit all my favs❤️ I heard Georgia State Park Campgrounds never closed? We are stuck in Central Florida for now 😫. When we can get up to you, I definitely will rewatch. Thanks. Could you add the best way to get to these spots? Sometimes locals know better ways. Alice
Hi Alice! Most of these places are fairly easy to access using the main trailheads. However, I use this website as a resource.www.atlantatrails.com/ Hopefully soon you can revisit Georgia as the trails are starting to open back up. Unfortunately, we are heading right into the heat of Summer which is extremely muggy and buggy. Thanks for watching and the sub! Cheeers
Metro On The Move same here in Central Florida- so hot and muggy. Thanks for info. Alice
