My son will be 20 this month, he STILL won’t wear a coat & we live in PA. He’ll wear 3 layers of clothes but no coat. He also wore shorts to school year round, unless I refused to let him out of the house.
I have a 20 year old son too. He will be 21 in October. He hates jackets too. I thinks boys/young men have testosterone running thru them so they tend to be very warm. At least that is what I heard.

Now I have made pecan pie but before I pour in the mixture to the pie shell I put a cup of chocolate chips on the bottom then pour mixture over top,so yummy.😋

Good Monday, late night! Longhorn steak house is so yummy we dont have one close. It's 2 hours away. I love learning about interesting facts on life outside. Thanks for sharing that professor with us. Im from Eastern New Mexico, so I've seen those cicadas a few times in my 37 years of my life. I used to get the skeleton the next mornings off trees and play with them as a kid. Thanks for sharing your wonderful family!❤❤❤

It has gotten hot here in Tampa now. Ugh I don't look forward to the summer heat here. Well at least he remembered trash bags. The pie looks good. I learned something about Cicadas. Restaurants are always busy on Mother's Day. My son sent me a gift card so I could eat out so I ordered Apple Bees to go and had steak and mashed potatoes with a salad. My son lives in Louisiana.

Boy Manley, eyes are awesome to see so far away. My granddaughter used to be like him about not wearing a coat. She used to make me so cold for her but she was fine me not so much.
Love Sissy helping you in the kitchen. I never had the patience for that because I thought it had to be my way.
Lesson learned it doesn't always have to be our way. Let them love to learn their way with guidance.
