This is a simple welding fixture concept. In case of a problem, a Welding Turntable /Welding Rotary Table or a second welding fixture can be used to complete the OP. Have a nice day
Great design but as a senior tool designer I can tell you this would raise some eyebrows on any production floor or weld shop because of how overengineered it is. This weldment could be fabbed up just fine with half the parts or less that you have designed on this fixture.
I was just about to say something about entering this into some sort of competition for the most pointlessly expensive fixture that could possibly be designed to hold 2 sheet metal parts lol -- Im a tool room guy myself.
