    Do you need to update the script every time you deploy additional VMs?
    I want to make it so that it creates a snapshot for all existing VMs in the subscription. Is that possible?

      Yes, in this script i have manually given the VMs details. so if there is no change in the VMs list then no need to make any changes in the script.

    Hi, Can these runbooks or snapshots only be executed if the VM is stopped or can they be scheduled while the VM is active?

      Yes it can be done in both states.
