I’m not actually sure if they’re fake. The mic this person uses is obviously hella crisp, so I think that’s the real noise, just really amplified.
They sound like they're added post-filming
Yeah they're obviously fake. By all means the sound of things moving around is genuine but when the product's are scraped, poured or melted they're utterly fake. Which is kinda of a bummer because it takes away what true asmr means. But that's just my honest opinion.

This sound technique is called Foley sounds. Man-made added in sounds. Named after sound-effect artist Jack Foley who worked on the first silent movies - back then all sounds had to be added in.

There is no fake sound effect I think they amplified there mic so u can hear it more

About the Sterilisation it you melt it first and then sterilize it would be more effective

I have a mic. I replicated some of these. I did not get ANY of these sounds. Some are just straight up identical no matter what surface it’s on even if it’s completely different.
