@@Cloud_that_looks_like_a_cat There's sort of two separate premises. On one hand, there's a story about this guy named Jasper who works food delivery and, one day, during a delivery, finds out that the house he's delivering to houses a literal cult in his name. So he stays for dinner. Things escalate from there. And on the other hand, there's a story about two guys, Benjamin and Oliver, who know each other from school and meet up in a Whole Foods, only to discover that their entire lives have been a single connected dream, and subsequently wake up back in second grade. Again, things kind of escalate from there. The two storylines are initially separate, but eventually converge. The whole story is on UA-cam, starting with a "prequels" video that compiles all the TikToks that started the story (it was on TikTok before it was on UA-cam) and then going into a six-part series of videos. There's a link in this video's description to part 3, and if you check the channel that made it (Nicholas Podany), you can find a playlist with all the parts in order. It's amazing.
It’s essentially about realities and dreamscapes and the people that can travel through them, but it’s also so much more than that. There’s a complete compilation of it here on UA-cam!

It's all on youtube! You have to watch the prequels first so it makes sense though lol (link to the series: ua-cam.com/play/PLK6Fc2NXlh5CWseXPBnsC1Ux3WPPu5zqK.html )
Kind of a shame ppl don't usually include the music in their animatics, it's so pretty and sad
The music is the best part and the only reason I come back to this scene.

Why, the fuck, did this hurt so much?
Wise words indeed, yet somewhat depressing.
Ive never heard that last part and it hit me in the gut

this audio will always remind me of donnie darko, the voice sounds so much like frank
This audio is nostalgic honestly..
Does anyone know what that song is near the end?
Considering almost all the music in Lucids is by Nicholas Podany himself, I'm gonna guess that it's either by him or it's from a show
I went through the soundtrack and it sounds like the song is called what we deserve
I showed this to my therapist because I could relate to it to trauma.
I'm trying to figure out how that vocal effect was made
Thanks for this
