This was the first episode where I thought Zane was more than just his bully facade, and then I saw why he was a bully to begin with... His father had probably been like this his whole life and it only got worse after his parents split up which is probably when he started projecting his anger towards everyone else. When I started to see it that way I began to like his character a lot more even though he still had his problems I stopped seeing him as just a bully, his character development was refreshing.
My favorite moments in this episode are: Rikki as a mermaid filming underwater, Emma filming her mom, and Rikki using her powers to save Zane from the sharks.
