Very interesting. With such a focus on creating courses, embedding surveys, and hosting focus groups, you are a teacher, too!

I’m looking to get into instructional design and i thought This was a great video and gave a good insight in the educational sector. Have you worked in the corporate sector before?

Hi Aaron! Thank you for watching the video! While I have experience developing programs for corporations, they've always been partnered with a higher education institution. I'm a bit of a hybrid I guess I'll call it, but more of my experience is in higher ed.

English is not my native language. Let's see if I understood: You deal with the structure and how that knowledge is delivered but you don't do graphic design. Is that so? Thanks for your videos.

I am an ID in corporate and this is interesting. So are the courses you create led by a professor or self-paced learning?

Good question! Self-paced learning is a standard as the majority of my programs are asynchronous. Some of the programs though have live elements with webinars with the professors and facilitators. It’s also normal to have live Q&A sessions and office hours. All of these items are recorded though if other learners can’t attend.

Hi Dr. Luke, excellent video! I'm an incoming graduate student in Learning Design, Innovation and Technology ar Harvard who will have the ability to cross-register at MIT. Are there any courses at the top of your mind (in EdTech, learning design, etc) at MIT you would recommend for me to take to develop technical skills for this field? Thank you!!!
