Ram Charger!!!! Gotta love old mopar! I’m getting ready to do some neat shit to my 99 Durango’s, one will be a matching chassis pull behind camp rig and the puller is a 360ci, 46re and np242. Maybe not as cool as a ram charger though it is the predecessor and same basic drivetrain. 🤘😎🤘 keep up the kick ass builds 🤘😎🤘
@@garagejunkie6742 awesome, years ago I bought the BPE fabricated LCAs to drop my Ramcharger, but I haven't gotten around to installing them yet. This is definitely solid inspiration to get to it!
I took a SBC out of my 2WD Ramcharger, but using ICT Billet conversion mounts, it dropped my LS truck pan right on top of my front steering drag link. I’m not sure if the height is different when using these mounts, but it appears that there’s a difference somewhere.
Garage Junkie Official Thanks for the info! I was able to get it to clear by using a Camaro LS1 oil pan, pickup tube, and windage tray. Looks like it was made for the truck now. Clearance at the firewall is still a bit of an issue, but not as bad as S10 swaps or something
Did same swap but my transmission won't change like it tap out like 45mph

We put a turbo 400, I’m not sure what transfer case but you’d most likely need something divorced so you can pick the drop.

Sheldon Dodge Dakota drop spindles and Dodge 1 Ton lower A-arms in the front. Axle flip kit in the rear.

We had to put 3” or so spacers between the mount and the subframe. And the dirty dingo mounts add a bit too. Look into it! Thank you for commenting!

Where did u get the motor mounts at trying to swap my 90 dodge d150
We used dirty dingo mounts on the engine. We had to create the pedestals for the mounts to sit on.
