- Sydney has qualified for a maiden NAB AFLW Finals Series in thrilling style, kicking away from a Fremantle arm wrestle to win by 22 points at Fremantle Oval.
The Swans will join fellow 2022 expansion team Essendon in playing finals in just its second season, bumping a devastated St Kilda out of the top eight in the process with the 5.10 (40) to 2.6 (18) win.
Well done to the Sydney Swans for sneaking into the AFLW finals in just their second season. Impressive. Just need to fix their accuracy.

Just viewed the coaches votes for this game and noticed that Kiara Bowers didn’t receive a single vote from either coach.
Please don’t complain about umpires messing up with Brownlow votes when you’ve got coaches capable of a similar level of ignorance.
20+ disposals, 18 tackles and an unknown amount of clearances in combination with brilliant tap work from Min Strom equals no votes. While at the same time, 9 disposals 4 tackles and a goal equals 4 votes for someone who plays both midfield and forward but was barely sighted.
I would hate to think that Kiara has in anyway become a victim of her own exceptional standards, particularly by her own coach, but when you see this level of incompetence, you have to wonder.
