- This pieced flying goose unit adds lots of interest to a traditional block. By using the Large Square Squared we can create these tricky looking flying geese slightly oversized then trim them down to perfection. This companion video for our Birds of Paradise technique sheet walks you through the process of making the units.

Love this block and your manner of teaching!
Wow, thank you! 💜
Thank you Deb your rulers and video's have helped me to sew better quilts. Keep those video's coming
Thank you! Will do!
Your rulers are outstanding. As a beginner, this was how I have learned quilting and I have a difficult time with other templates and directions. You are certainly a 'Born Teacher'!
Don’t stop making videos 🤗 I’ve been buying your rulers 1 a month and I refer to your tutorials 💖
Beautiful! Love using your tools! The Tucker Trimmer and Wing Clipper are a must!
Excellent, love all your tools, have several of them
Oddly enough, I picked up this technique sheet from a vendor that attended my guild's quilt show this past weekend. I thought it looked new! Lol. Thanks for all the great rulers and techniques that ensure a perfect size block every time. They have made such a difference in my quilt piecing. - Andrea
Your tutorials are always great and I love your tools!!
Adoro os seus vídeos. Muito obrigada pela ajuda 😊
Is there a pattern for the quilt behind you? I love it!
There isn't. It is a Flying Dutchman block made using the Birds of Paradise Unit instead of a Flying Goose unit. It is just 5 blocks set on point with no corner setting triangles. I hope this helps.
@@DebTuckersStudio180Design Thank-you!
Love your teaching!
I love how your rulers help to take the fear of math out of these blocks...
Thanks. Love it
Is this available in the U.K.?
Can the large Squared Squared ruler replace the Winged Clipper and the Tucker Trimmer, for trimming flying geese and square shapes? Can the Winged Clipper and Tucker Trimmer do anything extra, that the large Squared Squared ruler cannot do? Rather than buy all three types of rulers, just buy the large Squared Squared ruler?
Woooooooooooow
I aim to impress 😁💜
