Hey everyone, sorry it's been so quiet on here lately! I've had a million Christmas gigs this month on top of recording a new album (with the incredible Paula, featured in this video!)...but I hope this was worth the wait :) This cover really took a long time to put together since it involved so many people - my biggest collab yet!
In other news, Paula and I did a bunch of recording last week for our new duo album (VGM music for harp and strings!) and I can't wait to share it with you all! I know you will agree she sounds incredible on this cover, and it really has been so great to work with on this project!!

I play piano and much enjoy it, but your videos keep making me want to learn violin or viola so I can do my own duet covers.... Especially in this one, where the violins first kick in sounding like they're crying along with the song being played by the harp and flute. It's just absolutely gorgeous.

Francis Rave Yup! It's my favorite, too. When I first started writing this I knew I wanted to feature the SS version - but I did put a little of everything, the opening from OoT and some in the middle from Minish Cap :)

This is amazing! This really does show your wonderful skill at musical arrangement. I keep coming back to this song every few months--and have been for years. So after all this time, I figured it was time to finally leave a comment. Thank you for sharing your talents! The harmony and tension of the string quartet gets me every time. This video is my favorite rendition of this song by a country mile and I can't listen to it without getting chills.
