Long time Cuba from hearing from your thoughts. Stay safe.

The diy version has been terrible for years. It really doesn’t make sense to have two different platforms. Looks like the diy customer will finally get a full experience.

Did they also upgrade the wiring diagrams as far as interactive with colors? Is it possible to save diagrams as a PDF to your computer for forever use?

The diagrams are updated to interactive format as well. You can also print to pdf to save the wiring diagrams but they lose the interactive features.

Nice Video. Quick question about this subscription. Can I change vehicles. Can I do a vehicle this month and next month change it to another vehicle?

You would have to buy a new subscription for the new vehicle. The only way to have all the vehicle available is to have a shop subscription which is around $200/mo and requires a business license.

Does Mitchell DIY work on an iPad? That has always been the downfall of the DIY platforms, no iPad version availability! Thanks for the Video. Tom

I use it quite a bit on my iPad and sometimes it can be frustrating. If you end up with something that doesn’t scale right sometimes it helps to rotate the screen and try again.

@@ThePracticalMechanic do you recommend it over Alldata?

@@ThePracticalMechanic that's the biggest problem I have with Mitchell. I have to use desktop view otherwise it's convoluted

@@Okie-Tom I use both alldata & Mitchell & have always preferred alldata. It handles much better on mobile devices, but it's also not perfect.

In relation to wiring diagrams, All Data DIY offers both factory and Mitchell re-drawing diagrams. Does Mitchell DIY offer the factory diagrams as well? I think this is important for identifying connectors to break down the circuits for testing.
