I Like the idea of the tubular frame structure, it is alot like the one I have on my Speedster, makes the car ride alot more stiff in the turns than the orignal speedsters, and so much more fun to drive.
I own one i bought the car when i was 22 so ive owned it for 22 years i have about 25 cars and every year that car starts rite up i take the battery tender off and she fires rite up so reliable its a 1983 intermecca before they were called intermecca Porsche sued them immediately and put them out of business so the ones they got out in 1983 was it till they started up again i didn't no my car was one of them and could care less its such a joy to drive i found a original perfect wooden nardi wheel and like they were saying everyone smiles i own a 69 corvette conv a 67 rs camaro and a 1950 chevy street rod roofs chopped alot of customizing but there all my babys but that little speedster gets more attention then all my toys and its not perfect its a driver thats what i wanted but one thing my body is gell coated the color i dont no if that means anything i had to comment on this video great car id love to own a real one but i dont think it drives as good as mine its worth 20 times more but thanks for the video
their are porsche 550 replicas that they sell for like 20k in american they are really beautifully made i know its a bit pricey but its worth every penny
no it's not,not in most countries, maybe there are a few countries where it is but i dont know witch are those. What is illegal everywhere is to have original badging on a replica, you can get sued for that.

why they are so expensive ?!? (even replicas?) .. it's just little bit pumped-up VW Bug (maybe with aluminium body..)
no car is illegal. ppl build replicas because they cant afford the real on. It is not illegal if its road legal and passed the mot
