I don't even know how to describe how much I love your videos. They are so inspirational and, plus, they are so calming, soothing, that I also love to watch them at night. No noises, excessive talking, just brilliantly doing your thing...
Love it guy! Should get a magnet to find metal studs for apartments (wrap in electrical tape to protect the painted wall) or a timber stud finder from Bunnings for other homes. Saves second guessing and time knocking on walls.
I love your style and that you are not backing up from using Ikea items. With some love they still look individual. And the Alex drawers are such an inexpensive way to store big items like sewing mats or paper etc. I love them.
Simple , clean effective. I love it. I need to redo my basement of 172qft ( 16.8m2) with a window under the deck( so almost no light) to make a studio appartement ( bedroom kitchen) fir my daughter. It is not simple to create. If you have any tips to get a better lighting and to organize the space so that it does not feel crowded and messy. Do you recommend a free app to make plan and vizualise the space with the furniture? I love your videos always such an inspiration looking forward for the next
The sheer window coverings give privacy and light in daytime but what about privacy at night with the lights on??? Do you suggest blinds behind the sheers? Or what else without it dominating that side of the room please?
Hi! What kind of mending plates did you use and would you recommend them? Have they held up since the build of this desk? I'm looking to do the same but I'm afraid the desk will sag over time and not be as sturdy.
I am terrible at even choosing what type of screws, drills and dont know how to do basic handy man stuff and woodwork like this. Is there any cheap course you can recommend for ladies
How long does each new make over project usually take? I am very interested in having my new apartment designed when it is finished in late June, but not sure when to reach out.
It really depends, a lot of the waiting time is for the shipment/production of furniture (many are not readily in stock), especially custom ones (like the curtains). Probably a good idea to reach out soon, as I'm currently working on multiple projects, so there's a bit of a queue. Plus, we can always start slow, and discuss initial ideas - then once the apartment is done/keys handed over, we can jump right away to finalizing everything.
New subscriber here!! I absolutely love your high quality, clear and aesthetic content. I am in the process of buying my first apartment here in Sydney and would love to be apart of this project! Would love to be selected if I get a chance. Keep up the great work!!!
Hi! i love your channel and everything you do with home styling, it's really good and inspiring!. I would like to ask which app do you user for floor planning?
How did you fit the desk top to the smaller drawer unit on the right? And also I notice one is on wheels and the other isn’t. Are they not both the same height?
That table, esp the joining plates, aren't gonna be stable enough under a sewing machine, not to mention the noise amplification those hollow table tops would have for the sewing machine.
He uses the IKEA storage unit to act as a leg and support the two tables from separating. If you know anything about how these tabletops are built, then you would know those mending plates, particularly used in the hollow middle part of the tables like so, are not going to work. So if you’re trying to avoid that inner-corner leg, the two mending plates are not the way to do it. A little deceiving if you ask me, but that’s the power of editing.
Anything stored in something not see through, requires a label - so users know at a glance what's in each container, especially those stored out of reach.
Why did you put two table legs just next to each other if you wanted to keep the cost down?? You could have done the same dividing as with the legs in your living room. This doesn't make sence...

Since you use ikea stuff, the Grejig self was really helpful to me, it doubled the storage area in my shoe closet. Great job once again 🙂

Wow loving it ! Can't wait to see the next one. So cool your doing work for clients :-)
how the table hold up after two years? should I opt for customised solid table top instead?
Definitely go solid if you can - it’s always preferable to laminate or honeycombs.
Amazing job ✅✅✅

Hi! i love your channel and everything you do with home styling, it's really good and inspiring!.
I would like to ask which app do you user for floor planning?
Please do a updated home tour!😍
How do you come up with the best layout furniture in your makeovers?
Hi what is the downlight temperature and wattage you would recommend for home office?
Great job! I like the little wooden two-drawer box in the desk. Where is that from?
They're from Kmart, but I think MUJI has something similar.
How did you fit the desk top to the smaller drawer unit on the right? And also I notice one is on wheels and the other isn’t. Are they not both the same height?
One of the walls in my room is the color of terracotta as an accent. Do you think this desk would go well with the wallpaper?
Yes or a mid brown tone would also a dark tone. Just avoid very yellow wood or very red wood tones.
That table, esp the joining plates, aren't gonna be stable enough under a sewing machine, not to mention the noise amplification those hollow table tops would have for the sewing machine.
Love the space!! Did the long desk sag a little with the middle leg being more towards the back? or did it hold pretty well? :)
May I know what is the app you use to draw the floor plan?
He says he uses floorplanner.com according to this video ua-cam.com/video/MEEVlKC3yAI/v-deo.html
can you plz tell us which software are you using for 2d plan thanks

Hi, I really like your ideas and content. It is very impressive. Which software you use to draw the floor plans?
Great Job. Which software did you use please?
How long is the wood
Love this! Do you know where the wood floating shelves are from?
They are Ikea picture shelves.
What program were you using @4:59?
The L shape desk can hold the weight in the connecting dots? because I saw there no legs in the front there
Yea..He connected using the plate in the back of table top. I guess its strong enough to hold the bakance n weights.
Where can I buy this painting?
Are you able to help an apartment in Malaysia a makeover? Virtually.
What software was used to create the floor plan? I’m trying to find something like that to start learning.
I think he uses floorplanner.com, check out this video ua-cam.com/video/MEEVlKC3yAI/v-deo.html for more details.
what is the drawing software you are using in 8:01?
What computer softwares did you use in the course of this project?
I think this video would be plenty useful for you ua-cam.com/video/MEEVlKC3yAI/v-deo.html He mentions most of the software he uses when designing

Hii I’d like to know how you do your collage? is that Mila note
Yup, I think so
Have you noticed the desk sagging at all over the year or has it stayed up well?
I like what you did with the brackets to hold the two desks together
Put a leg in the middle to avoid sagging, or look up table stiffeners if you're going to put substantial weight on it.
What kind of keyboard is that?? For the life of me I can't find this Logitech keyboard with those switches and without the number pad
Is it an MX Keys Mini? I guess I just didn't know it came in that colorway. It looks great!
Anything stored in something not see through, requires a label - so users know at a glance what's in each container, especially those stored out of reach.
Whats the length of the smaller desk?
The left hand side? It was 120cm if I remember correctly

Sewing isn't pronounced "suing"...
Yes that kept throwing me off. To clarify, Sewing rhymes with Going and Flowing. Great job on the decor - you make it look "sew" easy! ;-)
Why did you put two table legs just next to each other if you wanted to keep the cost down?? You could have done the same dividing as with the legs in your living room. This doesn't make sence...
The legs are only $5 each so not really that costly, and using two provides more stability in that particular spot.
