Dj Totriller Thanks. Canon 80D with Tamron lenses. Ronin stabilizer. Bescor LED lights. Senheiser MKE 600 boom mic with Zoom recorder. All very cheap to rent.
Thank you so much! We used 3 lenses for this. We rented a Tamron 35mm, a Canon 24mm, and a Canon 10mm. Most of it was shot with the Tamron. Neutral picture profile. Tweaked the color in post production.
This is really stunning! I have a Canon 80D and Im so inspired with this shortfilms. Btw, what gears (Mic, Audio Recorder) did you use to make the audio that clear?
Thanks for your comments, Young Chang. We rented a Sennheiser MKE 600 Shotgun Mic with a boom pole, xlr cable, and a dead cat. We recorded to a Zoom H4n Pro. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for watching! If you're talking about story board sketches, no. We had no storyboard or script. Just an idea and improvised dialogue. As for the sketches in the film, my daughter drew them for us.
Currently shooting with a T3i, curious about the 80D so thats what brought me here! How does this not have more views!? Hope I can make videos this good one day!
Thank you so much. The 80D is an awesome camera if you don't mind a cropped sensor. Definitely worth the money we spent on it. I'm looking to upgrade soon but I'll still use my 80D till it dies.
Impressive work. The kid is a decent actor, and I think this really shows once again that affordable DSLRs are capable of high quality filmmaking.
Thank you for the compliments. My son's performance even surprised me. He did a solid job. And the 80D is an awesome camera.
