I’m in credit debt that I used for repairs on a rental😢 My DTI is high so I’m scared to apply for much needed loan Can I apply for heloc? Or what do you suggest ? I have a 3% rate on a house with a 15 year mortgage I’m so lost!
I recommend following this link to get a risk free quote on a HELOC (soft pull) because you should be protecting that 3% interest rate: tinyurl.com/NFTYheloc
Question….. I have HELOC about a year old 150k for 30 years to pay. Can I refi my house that I bought ii 2015 for $299k for 30 years to pay. It is about 510k worth for this year. Can I refi cash out ao I can pay my HELOC.
This isn’t enough info to say for sure but what I can tell you with your 2.5% interest rate. It is important to keep that for as long as you possibly could so if I were you I would definitely consider getting a HELOC.
Great and helpful info as always!! 🔥🔥
Thank you!

Are you looking to refinance the loan on the same property you have the HELOC on?
I have a 2.5% interest rate, 37% equity and need desperately to make repairs/remodel and payoff high interest cc debt. Is Heloc best option?

Thank you! After watching your next video I need to get my DTI down
I have close to 70% equity and need some repairs but I’m retired and don’t want to be in debt. Any thoughts?
How much do you need for the repairs? Also could you use additional money for other purposes or is just repairs?
@@KelvinMcNeil about $50k would suffice for repairs and minor updates. I could also use the balance to pay off one of my cars.
