Add a relax/nap room. Google has nap pods, sometimes a “time out” is needed to keep going on those long days or the times you have to stay into the morning hours or weather doesn’t make it safe to drive home. Love the spaces so far ❤️

For the studio- it depends what you want to do with it! If lighting is important just note where the sun rises and where the light comes in and go based off that! Btw you were FIRE in your bikini! So much goals! Keep it up girl 💛💛

Also! I've been doing your 8 week program and shared it with so many friends! I'm always so excited to do the workouts, I forget to take rest days! I just recently changed from a HIIT class membership to regular gym membership and was a little intimidated when (light from the sky) ahhhhhhhh you posetd your guide! and I love it! So much more confidence in the gym, and if there's something I don't know of, I just youtube it to make sure I'm kinda doing it right until you post your video version :) I've even gotten my husband to do them with me! He'll ask me what I'm working on that day and casually say "Hm, I'll do it with you" and then we leave the gym with him saying "damn, I feel that shoulders workout good right now!" haha I'm in Bahrain right now on a work trip but can't wait to compare when I get back for the weekly photos I was taking at home. Been seeing progress right away!
