The Heavenly Diva While there's nothing wrong with clips like these that show her vulnerability as a human being of powering through a performance even though she was sick But the reality is haters would just use these very clips to bash her esp. considering You raise me up is a popular song and has the potential to become big in a few years It would have been fine if this was a video showing her determination but just the audio only give a partial picture and can be easily misdirected I highly request you to please take this down asap
I'm in shock. It wasn't at all edited much. Except for that off key Bb5 falsetto/head voice. And in this unedited version you can clearly hear the sickness in her voice but despite that she was still able to sustain and resonate the notes Sohyang-level worthy. I'm more impressed omg.
@hugh paul Yeah, Sohyang repeated this rendition in a concert the same year as the immortal songs performance and in that concert she kept cracking her voice. That, that was painful to hear. I wouldn't say people stated out her sickness to say the performance was bad, rather to give the performance an added wow factor. To sing something greatly when you're healthy is impressive but to sing it when you're sick, wow.
I actually thought it might be more edited than it was. I feel like the part you timestamped is really the only area that was corrected in any significant way. Nice job, Sohyang :D

Sorry to comment again, but why are you sharing this? I suppose you are a Sohyang fan (are you, really?), but it’s hard not to question your discernment and motive. For an independent artist such as her who does not benefit from big money promotion or marketing backing, her sole control of reputation and “brand” are these videos; and her grassroots fanbase is all she’s got! On this regard, this video doesn’t help her cause. Please be more discerning.

“Undubbed” is a misnomer. I suggest that you use words more precisely; the broadcast version uses live recording (which you are sharing) and formats it according to show requirements. The term “dubbed” invites unnecessary ambiguity where people will think the vocal part has been added from outside the live performance.

does this video benefit Sohyang? If the channel owner is a fan, shouldn’t that consideration be important?
