*MEDITATION* I was not putting meditation instructions in the videos back when I did this video like I do now. So here are some basic meditation instructions. DAILY ATTITUDE The world is abundant. You resonate with things you focus on. Focus on what you are resolving to do. If you focus on lack or negative results, that is what you will manifest. Feel yourself as having achieved your resolution. Tell yourself "I AM" already in the place of having achieved my resolution. State what you want as if it’s already happening now. Be receptive to achieving your resolution. Take action to obtain your resolution. Seize opportunities. Your resolution will not deprive others. Positive emotions will connect you with your ability to achieve your resolution. Negative emotions will separate you from it. Be generous. Give to receive. Be of service of others. Be grateful for what you have. Pay attention to synchronicities. Read "The Power of Intention" by Wayne Dyer Do daily breath meditation. MEDITATION Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Relax. Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension. Relax. Breathe in deeply and exhale. Keep your eyes closed and look up toward your third eye. Right between the eyebrows. Imagine yourself as having achieved your resolution. Visualize it and feel what it would feel like to have achieved your resolution. Say to yourself: "I AM successful at achieving my resolution." "I AM in harmony with the universe." "I AM receptive to achieving my resolution." "I AM grateful for achieving my resolution." Repeat these mantras as many times as you like. The healing life energy is known as Prana and is also called Chi, Qi, Ki, and various other names by various cultures throughout the world and through time. Keep your eyes closed and looking up toward your third eye. Now breathe healing energy into your third eye. As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into your third eye. Will the healing energy to flow into you. Feel the warmth of this energy. When you breathe out all the waste and unneeded energy flows out. Keep breathing energy in and out of your third eye. Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like. Then just focus on the beats. Now breathe healing energy into your solar plexus. As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into you, and into your solar plexus. Will the healing energy to flow into you. Breathe the energy out onto all parties involved on all sides. Send this postive energy to all involved be they friend or foe. Keep breathing in and out energy. Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like. Alternate between the three parts spending a few to several minutes on each. Continue this as long as you like. I have only listened to this about 3 or 4 times, as I slept (1/2 way), and the other was when I was awake once, for 45 minutes on the day of court. I am another one to say...charges DISMISSED! They never showed up, and they filed incorrect paperwork to begin with, including false allegations on top of all that. So, after 2 weeks of freaking out & gathering tons of proof against them, I never even had to pull one piece of proof out because they never even showed up! Incredible. And let me tell you, these are extremely bad people with huge retaliations against good people. Our hearts were looked at after deep PRAYER & these video beats. THANK YOU

I played this twice b4 court..the first time i played was night b4 court..i let it play while gathering my evidence so it wasnt getting my full attention yet my subconscious was absorbing the energy ..i felt like i wasnt yet aligned so i played again and the second time was a few hrs b4..i gave the best of my undivided attention for about 45 mins including visualization. When i appeared in court today i represented myself at the final hearing and i was able to catch them in numerous lies also was able to overturn and object quite a few rocks they threw at. The court could not make a finding and hearing was continued. For next month. The petitioners had 2 lawyers plus specialized coach lawyer but didnt have not one fact to back up allegations...im fully aware of the blockage i created and i know and believe on my next court hearing i will be fully prepared and alligned with the energy of justice Peace and blessings to all..and thank God for creation a magical earth. 😘😘

This is absolutely one of my favorite meditations on UA-cam. It's been 3+ years since I discovered this audio and I can't imagine what it'd be like without it. I listen every single day for hours.. While I'm working in the office, while I read, while I meditate etc. I noticed after the first couple times listening that I spoke much more fluently and with conviction. I've had to do team meetings and presentations and the words just roll off the tongue. I don't have as much anxiety when speaking in front of people.. And it really makes me feel like a lawyer. Some of it is based on EEG research but this one is spiritual. The frequencies are for Mars, Mercury and the throat Chakra. I had so much faith in this, after reading all of the positive comments. Sadly I had not one but TWO court cases where my completely abusive, narcissistic ex who had BLATANTLY committed fraud, and soooo much obvious abuse, wasn't even addressed by the court, technicalities were, and my motion did not prevail. In the 2nd, I wasn't even able to provide testimony, and the ridiculous lies he told stood. - Glad this worked for so many. Was hocus pocus for me. :(

I’ll tell you that I am fighting a big one and I’ve been treated really inappropriately, but I am getting closer and closer to having the truth discovered. It’s an emotional child abuse case and I am trying to clear my name while rescuing the kids. I have another court date on the 26th of July and then perhaps one about 30 days later. Hi Im having a courtcase soon on 18th and 19th as my ex gf accuses me of assault rape when we were together yet we ended on bad terms. I was locked up at the end of last year for a day in cell even though they had not enough evidence to charge me. The police even changed the sentence from 'molest' to 'assault rape' because they are afraid they might lose the case due to insufficient proof. I believe she may have bribed the police and It's a tough situation now as both the police Inspector and the judge are women. The prosecutor had offered me that he will set me free if I plead guilty but It will leave a mark on me. And the judge may not agree on the terms too. I'm still young and I have parents who I still not repay my debts to them as they raised me up all these years. I was not putting meditation instructions in the videos back when I did this video like I do now. So here are some basic meditation instructions.
DAILY ATTITUDE
The world is abundant.
You resonate with things you focus on.
Focus on what you are resolving to do.
If you focus on lack or negative results, that is what you will manifest.
Feel yourself as having achieved your resolution.
Tell yourself "I AM" already in the place of having achieved my resolution.
State what you want as if it’s already happening now.
Be receptive to achieving your resolution.
Take action to obtain your resolution. Seize opportunities.
Your resolution will not deprive others.
Positive emotions will connect you with your ability to achieve your resolution.
Negative emotions will separate you from it.
Be generous. Give to receive.
Be of service of others.
Be grateful for what you have.
Pay attention to synchronicities.
Read "The Power of Intention" by Wayne Dyer
Do daily breath meditation.
MEDITATION
Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Relax.
Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.
Relax.
Breathe in deeply and exhale.
Keep your eyes closed and look up toward your third eye. Right between the eyebrows.
Imagine yourself as having achieved your resolution.
Visualize it and feel what it would feel like to have achieved your resolution.
Say to yourself:
"I AM successful at achieving my resolution."
"I AM in harmony with the universe."
"I AM receptive to achieving my resolution."
"I AM grateful for achieving my resolution."
Repeat these mantras as many times as you like.
The healing life energy is known as Prana and is also called Chi, Qi, Ki, and various other names by various cultures throughout the world and through time.
Keep your eyes closed and looking up toward your third eye.
Now breathe healing energy into your third eye.
As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into your third eye.
Will the healing energy to flow into you.
Feel the warmth of this energy.
When you breathe out all the waste and unneeded energy flows out.
Keep breathing energy in and out of your third eye.
Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.
Then just focus on the beats.
Now breathe healing energy into your solar plexus.
As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into you, and into your solar plexus.
Will the healing energy to flow into you.
Breathe the energy out onto all parties involved on all sides.
Send this postive energy to all involved be they friend or foe.
Keep breathing in and out energy.
Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.
Alternate between the three parts spending a few to several minutes on each.
Continue this as long as you like.

I have only listened to this about 3 or 4 times, as I slept (1/2 way), and the other was when I was awake once, for 45 minutes on the day of court. I am another one to say...charges DISMISSED! They never showed up, and they filed incorrect paperwork to begin with, including false allegations on top of all that. So, after 2 weeks of freaking out & gathering tons of proof against them, I never even had to pull one piece of proof out because they never even showed up! Incredible. And let me tell you, these are extremely bad people with huge retaliations against good people. Our hearts were looked at after deep PRAYER & these video beats. THANK YOU

I played this twice b4 court..the first time i played was night b4 court..i let it play while gathering my evidence so it wasnt getting my full attention yet my subconscious was absorbing the energy ..i felt like i wasnt yet aligned so i played again and the second time was a few hrs b4..i gave the best of my undivided attention for about 45 mins including visualization. When i appeared in court today i represented myself at the final hearing and i was able to catch them in numerous lies also was able to overturn and object quite a few rocks they threw at. The court could not make a finding and hearing was continued. For next month. The petitioners had 2 lawyers plus specialized coach lawyer but didnt have not one fact to back up allegations...im fully aware of the blockage i created and i know and believe on my next court hearing i will be fully prepared and alligned with the energy of justice

This is absolutely one of my favorite meditations on UA-cam. It's been 3+ years since I discovered this audio and I can't imagine what it'd be like without it. I listen every single day for hours.. While I'm working in the office, while I read, while I meditate etc. I noticed after the first couple times listening that I spoke much more fluently and with conviction. I've had to do team meetings and presentations and the words just roll off the tongue. I don't have as much anxiety when speaking in front of people.. And it really makes me feel like a lawyer. Sadly I had not one but TWO court cases where my completely abusive, narcissistic ex who had BLATANTLY committed fraud, and soooo much obvious abuse, wasn't even addressed by the court, technicalities were, and my motion did not prevail. In the 2nd, I wasn't even able to provide testimony, and the ridiculous lies he told stood. - Glad this worked for so many. Was hocus pocus for me. :(

Hi Im having a courtcase soon on 18th and 19th as my ex gf accuses me of assault rape when we were together yet we ended on bad terms. I was locked up at the end of last year for a day in cell even though they had not enough evidence to charge me. The police even changed the sentence from 'molest' to 'assault rape' because they are afraid they might lose the case due to insufficient proof. I believe she may have bribed the police and It's a tough situation now as both the police Inspector and the judge are women. The prosecutor had offered me that he will set me free if I plead guilty but It will leave a mark on me. And the judge may not agree on the terms too. I'm still young and I have parents who I still not repay my debts to them as they raised me up all these years.
