This video was outstanding. She is so clear in her directions and doing it real time was a piece of cake (sure, I paused it multiple times but I was also watching a movie!). The best is she teaches you how to augment the spirals if you want to change its size (and hence changing the number of spirals). I will be looking at her other videos soon!
Thank you for this lovely comment! I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed the tutorial :)
Got it on go 3 💪, you must do a video on how you got that lovely blended green
Yay! And yes, that's a great idea. The technique is quite simple, using fineliner pens (or felt tips) with a damp paintbrush. Look out for a future tutorial!
Thank you Clarissa. I had such fun drawing this Triskele. Excellent tutorial. 💜🌀
You're welcome! So pleased you enjoyed the class :)
Thank you Clarissa, I now know what I will be doing during spare moments during the holidays! Beautifully clear instructions as always. Merry Christmas.
And to you, Anna. Enjoy!
Thank you so much for the clear instructions and inspiration!
Glad it was helpful!
Fabulous tutorial thank you. I like the options for future interpretation, altering how many turns on the spiral and different center finishes.
You're welcome!
Thank you so much...very clear instructions to construct this beautiful motif
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you very much for sharing this lovely video for us. It’s so inspiring and your explanation is very informative.❤❤
So happy you enjoyed it, Betül :)
Thank you❤❤❤
And your soft feminine voice is absolutely beautiful
That's lovely feedback, thank you :)
Great tutorial, many thanks
Glad you enjoyed it, Sally. So lovely to see your piece on Instagram :)
Is there a way or a material that can be used to reduce the compass holes?
Hi Joey, a thicker paper helps, such as watercolour paper. The compass point doesn't sink in so far. Also, with practice you'll develop a lighter touch with your compass. But, you can also protect the surface of the paper with a small 'pads' of masking tape, each built from 3 or 4 layers of tape, which you remove once the drawing is complete. This technique is especially useful for patterns where you use the same compass hole many times, like this triskele.
