Wow! Ang ganda at very unique ang bahay nyo. Actually isa akong humahanga sa mga container house na napapanood ko sa UA-cam. I love that tree at nakakatulong sa ganda at functionality dahil lalong lumalamig ang area. Great house, I might do this as well pag nag retire na ako.😀😀😀

Questions po! Meron po bang experts na mag construct ng container house? I'm planning to put a container house sa bukid pero wala akong idea kung sino ang gagawa sa interior. Pwede po bang mahingi contacts ng mga Gunawan po.
I really love the concept. Pero if i will do that. I’ll be using clay roofing or something similar para lalong maprotect sa heat ang loob ng bahay. And then i will be installing good quality from a good company a solar panels like Solaric or etc... this will help reduce electricity bills. Specially sa mga provinces na madalas nagflaflatuate ang kuryente.

Ang ganda! I'm also planning to build by april pero wala ako makitang design dito sa philippines. Hoping to get a modern industrial design.
a bit hard to maintain especially near the trees..could have been a bit farther from each other ..those falling leaves will be a daily thing..the problem is, it will go straight to your roof and some part of the house which is hard to clean everyday not like if it falls only on directly to the ground..second will be the insects and daily dust that will get inside your home especially with big open windows..and it looks a bit crowded but looks beautiful though..maybe it really depends on the owner style..but for me i like it spacious at organized lahat..k bye

My dream home is also made up of a container van. Single ako and 35 na and I already see myself being single or having a partner lang but not kids. So I guess this set up will do and I can also have my Mom stay with me and even my lil sis kung di sya mag aasawa. Hehehe

Pano po ginawa sa walls? May insulation po ba? besides having an aircon ano ginawa niyo para malamig ung loob during summer times or as usual hot climate ng pinas.

Ang ganda ng container house nyo. Ganito din sana ang gagawin ko sa. Bahay ko pero naloko ako ng contractor ko yung Erock trading napa tulfo na pala sila dati di ko alam kaya naloko din ako. Kaya napilitan akong bumili na lng ng smarthouse container pero di nga sya tlgang totoong cargo container. Mas matibay ang ganitong klase ng container.

The shell of a house comprise roughly about 20% of contruction cost. Just do your research before deciding to build a container house. Factor in insulation, panels, and disinfecting costs (hindi mo alam kung ano pinag gamitan ng container). You might be in for a surprise the cost difference vs using other types of materials is not that big.
I agree. It is much expensive compared to building regular or concrete homes. The good thing about container vans, earthquake proof and more safe to fire. But it really needs proper ventilation.

How many square metters is the house
Ang tanong ko po, yun awning or roof sa balcony/lanai area, di po ba sya vulnerable sa typhoon. Lam naman natin na grabe ang bagyo sa pinas. Ano pong reinforcement ang ginawa nyu para po typhoon-proof po kahit papano. Salamat po sa sagot..ang ganda po ng ginawa nyu tiny but homy house po.
