When trying to adhere flour to meat, try putting on wire rack on a tray and put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Works Great!

Try whole buttermilk to dredge in for fried meats, if you let soak in buttermilk overnight it helps tenderize the meat as well. I like it way better than eggs for a dredge

🦋 these are our favorite pizzas, we think they are better than frozen and takeout. We make bbq chicken pizza too or “supreme” with onions, peppers mushrooms and pepperoni. They are so good and the texture of the naan bread is awesome. 🍕
