So my bag came in yesterday and I completely love it!!! I’m a little nervous about scratching it, but I really do take care of my bags. It’s not real leather, but I have tons of Louis Vuitton bags that are not leather either. Do you condition it? And if you do what do you use?
Nice!!! Honestly I use a non scented baby wipe and it works well with taking out stains. I’ve had the bag for a couple of years and still no peeling or anything the quality is good!

HARDWARE CHIPS LIKE CRAZY AND TORY BURCH KEEPS CHANGING THE LINK TO PREVENT USERS FROM FINDING TRUE RATINGS This bag arrived with black chipped hardware (the black metal chain was already chipped). I previously bought this and the Matte Fleming and that one also chipped black paint. I was hoping five years later they would’ve resolved this issue, but obviously obviously not. Conveniently Tory Burch also changed the item sku # from 162041 to 161491 so all the bad ratings about the black chip paint had disappeared. Pretty shady!
The only part that for me that has chipped is the closure magnet but only a little. Other than that I have no chipping. It could be a faulty purse. I also don’t use mine on an everyday basis only in the evenings if I am going out or have an event. Hope this helps!

Does the bag pick up fingerprints easily? I'm curious about the matte material. She's gorg!
Hi! Honestly I never had an issue with fingerprints. I typically will use a non scented baby wipe and it takes away any marks!

No scratches but I also take care not to hit it against anything…it’s easy to clean as well. Hope this helps!
