Average Jamaican income (2019) $6000 USD; Average US income $65,000 USD. I guess most Jamaicans living and working in Jamaica need not apply. Even the HOA fees alone prices people out. @@ingababy5196 you’re right. At those prices, they’re the only ones who can probably afford them. It’s a pity that the “locals” probably won’t even make it past the gate.

@@tameleeyoung831 I live in the USA going on 20 years and I never purchased a home without central air, refrigerator, stove, washing machine & dryer, so Jamaica’s trend of expensive poorly built homes is an eye opening for me. One reason could be that the prices increases as the JA exchange rate increases. And another is it's target audience. If they are attracting more persons who are returning from ye states, UK or wherever it's easier for them.
Nice but obviously geared towards expatriates. Few people in Jamaica will be able to afford this. The lower spout in the walk-in shower is completely unnecessary.
Can anybody say based on their personal experience what is there down payment and how is the security situation as you know Security he’s one of our greatest concern those of us who live abroad for a long period of time I’m looking forward to your response thanks.
Too expensive. You can get a house twice that size in a good and safe community for less..or get the same in the US FOR half the price...Dominican Republic is great and you can get the same for half the price.Jamaica is too expensive with very bad roads.. plus this location is VERY far from the airport.

Really nice houses. Don't like the location though. If this develop did another development in a better area I'd definitely purchase one.
