The video shows the ongoing demolition of establishments within the rumored SM LOT. According to the affected establishments owners, SM Land, Inc. already purchased their land and they need to leave the place as soon as possible for future developments of the said new owner.

If this was bought by SM Land then most probably no SM Mall will be built there, but SMDC properties (i.e. Residential vertical building perhaps with mini mall)

@@jxtv5531 Lots for SM Center, SM City and SM Premiere malls are mainly bought and built by SM Prime Holdings Inc. and not SM Land Inc., which is a subsidiary of SMDC.
