I saw this train this morning near Molino while driving along Route 895! I was disappointed that I wasn't in a spot where I could pull over and film, so I'm glad someone else caught video of it. They just started running this train in the past few weeks.

Yeah. I figured it had to be a newer train because I’ve never heard of it nor seen it till then. Sucks you couldn’t catch it though.

@@Northeast_PA_Trucks_And_Trains they did its first run on May 15. It's a frac sand unit train that Norfolk-Southern delivers to their North Reading yard, then R&N takes it up to Pittston. They'll be running it regularly, not sure how often though. Once a week? Once every couple of weeks? I think yesterday might have been just the second run for it so maybe every few weeks. It was good luck that we both caught it!

@@JamieMakin I heard it’s a monthly train. I was going to go truck spotting, but once I saw the clear signals I decided to wait instead.
