The pre-made chicken soup is pure histamine. Anything that has been heated up and then gets cold produces histamine, reheating it and keeping it for days is going to produce even more histamine. Histamine is what causes reactions with MCAS because you already have too much histamine from the degranulating cells. Whatever else you consume, anything which has once been hot and has gotten cold or been reheated is going to reach over the limit and cause a reaction.
I don’t mean to offend or anything, this is just so we can all help each other :)

50+ years old here, know the EDS, POTS, MCAS thing too well, and the GI stuff, ugh... I have to say I am just SO totally distracted by the BRA just hanging there... LOL hard to focus... hahaha... Sorry to laugh but we have to incorporate humor sometimes! btw I use low histamine and FODMAP foods, 2-3 H1 antihistamines, H2 antihistamines, leukotriene inhibitor, local steroid creams... helps manage all that. Had anaphylaxis several times last year, and severe malabsorption this year that led to ER, Hospital, then Nursing Home... they ALL fed me horrific food that just shot thru me as I wasted away even more! Did not start to get better until I finally got home and could actually practice HEALTH!

Ohh... I know this vid is old and you are on tube feeds now... but that corn in that soup is a big mast cell trigger for lots of us.

Two months ago I started struggling with mast cell activation. It’s very scary.

I came back to watch this video after discovering that the rash I have could be MCAS and thought “wow, something looks different about you in this vlog?” And realised that it’s the tube! Haha

Mine happen on chest, face and back usually. Horrible when it happens in a store and I don't have a hat or something to cover up a little.
